wRemote for Distributed I/O
wRemote devices with 2.4 GHz mesh technology enable the collection and control of input and output signals in a network of dispersed sensors and actuators.
Mesh Radio Telemetry in the 2.4 GHz band uses wireless networks to efficiently and reliably transmit data from sensors and devices to a central station. Mesh networks allow each device to act as a node that can send and receive data, as well as relay data from other nodes, creating a robust and adaptable network.
• Mesh Topology: Instead of relying on a single communication point, each node in the network can connect to multiple other nodes. This increases the network's resilience, since if one node fails, data can be rerouted through other nodes.
• Self-Configuration and Self-Healing: Mesh networks can automatically configure and adjust their data paths in response to changes in the network, such as the addition of new nodes or the loss of connections.
• Extended Coverage: By allowing nodes to communicate with each other, Mesh Networks can cover larger areas than traditional peer-to-peer networks without increasing transmission power.
• Banda de 2.4 GHz: Opera en una banda de frecuencia ampliamente utilizada y compatible con muchos dispositivos, aunque puede ser susceptible a interferencias de otros dispositivos que usan la misma banda, como Wi-Fi y Bluetooth.
